More Koln

The Koln marathon was on today, and I spent the day wandering round the course, cheering on the poor fools sweating like maniacs.

After a day of bumbling around and making trouble I returned to the hostel to find a new cast of characters in the hostel common room. The conversation kicked off, and eventually turned to a topic close to the heart of all Europeans - Nutella. Every hostel in Germany stocks Nutella or a imitation thereof. There's not the same passion for Nutella down under.
